When trying to access SmartMLS Offers, agents are typically logged directly into the platform without being prompted for a login, thanks to the SSO feature of our site.
However, if you log out of SmartMLS Offers, you will encounter the following login screen.
Note: the login screen is primarily for consumers, not agents:
- The Username and Password fields are for consumers (once they have created their account).
Agents do not use these fields to log into SmartMLS Offers.
- Consumers use the Create an account link to access the platform and view offers. The account must be created with the same email address that the offer was sent to.
Buyers are prompted to create an account when their agent sends an offer for approval.
Sellers are prompted to create an account once an offer is received.
Agents will never have to use this link.
- The Sign in with Google and Sign in with Amazon options allow consumers to access the platform via those services.
Agents will never have to use these.
- The Real Estate Professionals Sign In Here link works in conjunction with the SmartMLS SSO. If an agent encounters the login window, clicking this link authenticates their credentials and logs them in without having to enter their MLS ID and password.
This is the only part of the login screen that SmartMLS agents will ever have to use.
