When a buyer's agent submits an offer on one of your listings through the SmartMLS Offers tool, you (the seller's agent) are the only person who can accept the offer. The seller will receive an email notification of the offer at the same time as you, but they can only review it. If they want to accept the offer, you are the one who must do it through your SmartMLS Offers account. Here's how:
When viewing the offer's details, click the blue Accept Offer button in the top right corner:
Click Accept in the confirmation window:
You'll be brought back to the offer details screen and the Status field will immediately update to Accepted:
Click the Details tab to access the completed contract:
The contract is ported into SmartMLS Sign and is automatically marked up for signatures:
