When an offer is submitted through the SmartMLS Offers platform, the seller is notified via email if they have been added to the property by their agent. They can then log into their SmartMLS Offers account to view the offer.
There are a couple of spots on the seller's Dashboard that indicate new activity:
To view offers for a property, click the offer count or click View All (in the Current Properties section) and open the property. Offers that have not yet been viewed are marked with a blue dot.:
Use the buttons in the upper right to switch the offers from a horizontal view to a vertical/side-by-side view:
The side-by-side view can make it easier to compare multiple offers simultaneously.
Clicking an individual offer opens the following screen, allowing the seller to view the Summary, Details and Contacts information:
Sellers can review the entire offer in detail, but all actions (accept, decline, or counter) are performed by the seller's agent.
